Creative Journey

Creativity – How to be your own everyday-hero!

Creativity – How to be your own everyday-hero!

365 days are a very long time. One year has 8.760 hours or 525.600 minutes and for sure you couldn’t plan all of the remaining time but there is a huge chance. A chance to get a step closer to your goals and dreams. At the beginning of the year I started a huge challenge and I would like to tell you the reason why and what’s the benefit for YOU!

I would like to upload one creative idea and illustration every single day in 2019. My goal isn’t a special number of followers or money. It’s not the positive feedback or the likes below my posts. I don’t want to lie. All your support is a massive push of motivation to find myself back at my desk again almost everyday. But if you would ask me: what’s the real reason to start this challenge? I have to say that it is growth! At the end of last year I learned that consistency on a daily basis is an awesome weapon. Chuck Close said that “Inspiration is for amateurs — the rest of us just show up and get to work.”. It’s really important to develop a strategy for your creativity. Kind of a formula to get good or perfect results out of your time. I guess there is no mathematic formula (if there is one… please contact me!!!) but you could train your brain everyday, kind of like a muscle. So what’s your training? I’m sure there are many things in your life who would need creativity in general. Your art, job and career, your family or your relationship. All those need attention and smaller or bigger problems need to be solved. Wouldn’t it be great to manage them?

So today I want to give you a little challenge for yourself. Think about the relevance of creativity in your life. In which cases you would love to be more creative? Which problems or challenges you would love to face in 2019? During the next weeks we will start to face this things but first of all try to understand the topics.

Thank you so much for your attention and the motivation to go with me on my Creative Journey!
